How long do orders take to be delivered?
Our couriers normally deliver next day, but same-day services are also available.
Is the warehouse clean?
Our warehouse facilities are cleaned daily and pest control arrangements are made every two months.
Is the warehouse safe?
Our storage facilities contain state-of-the-art security systems such as face-recognition entry. Video monitoring and acute sensors mean that even subtle shifts in air or movement will trigger our alarm system.
Do you provide insurance for your clients?
While we don’t provide insurance directly for our clients, we can assist in finding an appropriate insurance provider.
Will my company’s information stay private?
Definitely. We respect our client’s privacy, so expect all of your information to remain private.
Will I have to sign a long term contract?
The contracts proposed to our clients include the option to opt out of our services. All you have to do is issue us a letter of service termination 30 days prior to the actual date and we will handle the rest.
Will I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 2 months of services is required. The deposit is returned upon termination of the contract.
Do you offer any credit terms?
All of our clients are given 30-60 day credit terms.
If I want another one of my businesses to be handled by TDS, will I be offered the same rates?
Yes. We offer the same storage rates but the handling charges might vary depending on several factors including the commodity, weight, size, order load etc.
Am I limited to using TDS Logistics packaging?
Not at all. Send us over your packaging material and we will use your packaging when dispatching each order.
